IMPRESS project participanted in the Erasmus+ Thematic Cluster Meeting on University-Business Cooperation. Two members of the consortium (GAIA and WCC) participated in the workshop and disseminated project activities.

The cluster meeting and university -business cooperation forum was held in Brussels for the 23-25 October 2019.

The main objectives were:
• to share the results and good practices of projects
• to identify and support possible synergies between projects
• to facilitate networking and strengthen the KA Community
• to discuss topics that are of common interest

5th technical project meeting was held in Riga in October (1oth -11th October).

During two days the consortium work in the development of project activities and fixed next steeps and to dos for next period.

IMPRESS project. Under the slogan ‘Excellence & Resilience building through the IMPRESS Self-Assessment Tools’, practitioners from various industries engaged vigorously in an insightful training course held by IMPRESS Project Partners and EFQM Licenses Advisor & Trainer C.-Andreas Dalluege (Picture) and Psychology scientists Erika Spieß & Katharina Pfaffinger. The participants were shown how to boost the mental health of their employees by smoothly implementing the IMPRESS Self-Assessment into European Excellence Models of auto evaluation. 

IMPRESS Project. In Bilbao, Spain, EFQM Licenses Advisor & Trainer C.-Andreas Dalluege and Psychology Professor Dr. Rita Berger from the University of Barcelona led a training for the evaluation and identification of stress factors in the company. The participants from various business sectors learned how to successfully assess personal as well as organizational stress factors at their work and how to implement an excellent stress management process into auto evaluation practices.

The 2nd International Congress of the World Association for Stress Related and Anxiety Disorders took place from 3rd to 5^th of October in Würzburg, Germany. It was organized in conjunction with the Collaborative Research Center SFB TRR 58, Fear, Anxiety, Anxiety Disorders (funded by the DFG) and also focused on stress, anxiety and mental health which are topics of interest in scope of the IMPRESS project.

We presented a poster with the title “Development and test of a new scale for the measurement of digital anxiety” which was based on ideas of the IMPRESS project and built on data which was collected in a Bachelor thesis at LMU. The developed scale can be an approach to assess the subjective level of digital anxiety. Within the poster, we also introduced IMPRESS and its aims and approach in order to disseminate it to the attendees of this conference.
